    I would have rated zero but it was not an option.Put the laundry in a front loading machine. When we tried to put the quarters in the slot it was blocked. Moved to the next machine. This machine took the money but would not start. Went looking for the attendent but was not to be found. Sign stated the hours an attendent would be on site and we were within that time frame. After looking for some time we left minus the $3.50 for the load that was never washed. Machines are old and need replacement. Reliable assistance would be a plus.
